Value-Added Dairy Field Day: Are you involved in a dairy business, but unsure of what value-added dairy means and all the possible options? Perhaps you have a concept for a dairy product that you would like to produce, but are unsure of where to start. Whether you are starting a new dairy business or exploring options for your existing dairy business, there are numerous opportunities in the world of value-added and Penn State Cooperative Extension is here to help. A value-added dairy field day is scheduled for Thursday March 20, 2008 at Klein Dairy in Easton, PA. This field day will focus on transitioning from milk to cheese production.
