Value-Added Dairy Field Day:
Are you involved in a dairy business, but unsure of what value-added dairy means and all the possible options?  Perhaps you have a concept for a dairy product that you would like to produce, but are unsure of where to start.  Whether you are starting a new dairy business or exploring options for your existing dairy business, there are numerous opportunities in the world of value-added and Penn State Cooperative Extension is here to help.

A value-added dairy field day is scheduled for Thursday March 20, 2008 at Klein Dairy in Easton, PA.  This field day will focus on transitioning from milk to cheese production.  Click here for more info and to register (PDF).
