They range from EXTREMELY HIGH for the most perishable items, to VERY LOW for the least perishable.

Extremely high:

asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, peas, spinach, sweet corn

Very high:

green beans, Brussels sprouts

High:

raspberries, strawberries, cauliflower, lima beans

Moderate:

apricots, cherries, peaches, nectarines, plums, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, new potatoes

Low:

apples, grapes, garlic, onions, mature potatoes, sweet potatoes

Very low:

nuts, dried fruit
